Great response time from chat support I have been a long-time Divi Theme user and I have always had a good experience with them. I had a question about the new tools Divi offered and how to access them. The customer support chat rep responded quickly to my inquiry and got me pointed in the right direction so I could get on with my project. The rep got me the right help articles to reference as well. Now I did opt into purchasing the VIP support which has a 30-minute response time but they responded within 5 minutes.
