Courteous and professional Courteous, professional, timely. Was met at the airport and returned to the airport by same female driver. I appreciated that as a lone woman, and a first time visitor to a huge and unknown city. The driver anticipated delay in the return trip to the airport because of a civil disturbance disrupting traffic, so arrived to pick me up almost an hour earlier than the stated time. Great service!

He was very friendly He was very friendly. He was in constant contact with me by what’s app prior to arrival. I told him when we landed and he was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it in the airport lobby. He wished us off to our hotel in Playa del Carmen.

Great service, friendly driver The driver who collected us at Cancun airport was polite but I don't think he spoke much English. The driver who collected us from our hotel for the return journey to the airport was called Eddy. He was punctual, friendly and polite. In fact, he was great fun, almost like a tour guide, telling us about the area and other parts of Mexico. He made the journey a real pleasure.

Absolutely RECOMMENDABLE AWESOME DRIVER, I actually changed the location of my hotel just a day before landing. When I told the driver about this, he initially asked me to pay for the new ride , as old one was the one which I paid for. I was OK with that. Then when he dropped me at my new location and I asked him the fare, he told me that I don't need to pay, as my amount from previous booking was adjusted into newer one.
