I had an issue on my ride arriving to Argentina, and he helped me reschedule the service, on the return he was there 15 minutes earlier before the ride, and he went to the lobby at the pickup time I selected while booking.

We received messages confirming details of our service so knew what to expect and where to meet the driver before our arrival. The driver was waiting for us as agreed and was very friendly and attentive. Vehicle was spotless and spacious. Service was reliable and very convenient.

on-time rides and GREAT service… arrival flight to Punta Cana came in early so we got an earlier pickup time. We were shown where to pick up the car . On way back ride was on time. Accidently left a bag in the car and didn't notice until inside airport terminal. Thankfully another driver helped us track our driver down and he returned with the bag within 15 minutes. AWSOME!
