Great Product and Great Costumer Service! This has made my work life so much easier. Before I downloaded YAMM, I would spend hours sending individual emails to each student. YAMM allows me to send personalized emails to my students in minutes, which increases response rates. Their costumer service is awesome!

It is extremely easy/straightforward to learn, the functionality/features are exactly what you need (e.g. being able to CC additional recipients, sending a reminder email to the same recipients, etc), and the customer service is quick and helpful!

Great value. Easy to Use I purchsed a YAMM subscription for mail merging emails for a one time project for my organization last year. The product is easy to use and the instructions are very clear. The response is very fast. I did not realize that the purchase automatically sets up for auto-renew. We do not need the service at present. When I saw the auto-renew charge, I contacted YAMM and asked for a refund. No Problem! Refund sent. Actual emails written by real people, with very fast responses. If we ever need to use mail merge for emails again, I will definitely resubscribe to this product.
