My Hero Since Day One! iWebFusion has been my hero since day one. I came from a 15-year relationship with GoDaddy and let me say it was wonderful to talk to someone who understood the products and talked to me like a human being. I was contacted right after my order was submitted to verify my identity and then my VPS was set up within hours (I placed my order after midnight) and all my websites were fully moved and FASTER THAN EVER within 2 days. These guys have been responsive anytime I need help and they aren't trying to upsell or price out products just to make an extra buck or meet quotas. Best decision I've made in years!

Years of great service! We have a colocated server in Charlotte, NC and a few bare metal servers with iWF. No downtime, incredible response time for any tech issue, and wonderful staff is what you can expect. I had an issue with a BGP announcement and Jacob R demonstrated amazing expertise in zeroing in and eliminating the problem. Keep up the great work!

I had a json error that prevented me… I had a json error that prevented me from making changes to my Wordpress website. I first contacted support through online chat that was escalated and worked on by at least 4 different people. The problem ended up being the firewall, ModSecurity, flagging changes I made as problematic. Turning it off while I was working allowed me to finish building my website. The team was fast to respond and friendly. Their level of care and expertise got me back on my feet within a day. I appreciate them all!

I switched over from StableHost because… I switched over from StableHost because they were very difficult to communicate with and charged me for things I didn't want.
