Immediately got overwhelmed by the scope of configuration required but support went through it all with me and did many of the advanced stuff for me to ensure I didn't screw it up. The migration went better than I could have imagined and my site now performs significantly better. I should have switched a LONG time ago.

Did some more digging and liked what I saw. I called with a few quick questions and the phone was answer immediately. Three month so far with no problems. Great available packages. Years of great service! We have a colocated server in Charlotte, NC and a few bare metal servers with iWF. No downtime, incredible response time for any tech issue, and wonderful staff is what you can expect. I had an issue with a BGP announcement and Jacob R demonstrated amazing expertise in zeroing in and eliminating the problem. Keep up the great work!
