Immediately got overwhelmed by the scope of configuration required but support went through it all with me and did many of the advanced stuff for me to ensure I didn't screw it up. The migration went better than I could have imagined and my site now performs significantly better. I should have switched a LONG time ago.

Years of great service! We have a colocated server in Charlotte, NC and a few bare metal servers with iWF. No downtime, incredible response time for any tech issue, and wonderful staff is what you can expect. I had a json error that prevented me… I had a json error that prevented me from making changes to my Wordpress website. I first contacted support through online chat that was escalated and worked on by at least 4 different people. The problem ended up being the firewall, ModSecurity, flagging changes I made as problematic. Turning it off while I was working allowed me to finish building my website. The team was fast to respond and friendly. Their level of care and expertise got me back on my feet within a day. I appreciate them all!
