I was contacted right after my order was submitted to verify my identity and then my VPS was set up within hours (I placed my order after midnight) and all my websites were fully moved and FASTER THAN EVER within 2 days. No downtime, incredible response time for any tech issue, and wonderful staff is what you can expect. I had an issue with a BGP announcement and Jacob R demonstrated amazing expertise in zeroing in and eliminating the problem. Keep up the great work!

Migrated my site from shared hosting to… Migrated my site from shared hosting to a VPS. Immediately got overwhelmed by the scope of configuration required but support went through it all with me and did many of the advanced stuff for me to ensure I didn't screw it up.
