Never using anyone else Used them on several occasions, best hosting provider there is Excellent support, cheap and powerful servers. Gamepanel and their frontpage is a bit slow, but that doesn't affect your server in any way.

Amazing tech help I had an issue switching my server between two types. When I opened the help chat and posted my issue, it was less than 10 seconds before the representative messaged me back with a troubleshooting question. I'm enjoying my experience So far I haven't had any issues, their website had a lot of useful information for a noob like me to understand what I needed to do, or where to look for information. And, if I needed help, I see that their system is set up to allow me to ask them questions for support. I've only had a few friends play with me on the server, but so far the uptime has been 100% and as advertised.
