I'm enjoying my experience So far I haven't had any issues, their website had a lot of useful information for a noob like me to understand what I needed to do, or where to look for information. And, if I needed help, I see that their system is set up to allow me to ask them questions for support. I've only had a few friends play with me on the server, but so far the uptime has been 100% and as advertised.

Caleb is the MVP! I might be saying it's too early to judge, but damn! Caleb the one who became my chat support is so responsive! each and every question I had in mind he replies instantly, helped me a lot, whether be sales, tech, codes, or FAQ. Hands me a lot of guide or links to make it an easier job for me. then told me it would take like 20 minutes, but then after purchasing, just 3 minutes then it's up and running. and my ping is crazy low compared to other services i've tried. and everything went so smooth! Looking forward to upgrade our server after a few days of trying out their service. Caleb my man! You deserve to be one hell of an employee of the century!

Fantastic support & always improving quality after many failed dedicated servers from other company's, I found AleForge who was extremely open with specs id need for my situation and always had speedy support help. would recommend 5/5

Was off to a rough start at first since… Was off to a rough start at first since I know nothing about server hosting, but the support team is really great and the server preforms great as well. Definitely worth the subscription if you need a gaming server or web domain.

Amazing support, easy to set up Hosting is great (only lost service once) and support is FANTASTIC. The only way it loses a star is the FAQ, while helpful, are fairly brief and could use a lot more topics. For instance on our Terraria server we didn't know how to create a server and choose Corruption/Crimson. We were told to create the world outside of the server then import it using the FAQ about using our own world. However, what that doesn't explain is that by doing that, it will use the Difficulty that was set on your imported world, NOT the difficulty set in the Aleforge control panel. So we had to wipe our world after a few days of playing and try again.
