Caleb the one who became my chat support is so responsive! each and every question I had in mind he replies instantly, helped me a lot, whether be sales, tech, codes, or FAQ. Hands me a lot of guide or links to make it an easier job for me. then told me it would take like 20 minutes, but then after purchasing, just 3 minutes then it's up and running. and my ping is crazy low compared to other services i've tried. and everything went so smooth! Never using anyone else Used them on several occasions, best hosting provider there is Excellent support, cheap and powerful servers. Gamepanel and their frontpage is a bit slow, but that doesn't affect your server in any way.
