These guys actually listen to their users I needed an important feature to complete a client project but discovered it was inly included in the most expensive Pro plan. I pointed out that this feature (the layout module for creating columns) is really a basic feature that should be included in every plan. Within 40 min the WP Forms tech support emailed me back and they had made this module available in every plan, and even updated the support article for this module. I have never seen a software company listen to their users this fast. WP Forms has won my loyalty!

Makes Our Site Professional We have a number of forms on our site with the output of each form handled differently. Some go to Google Sheets + email, one goes only to email, one stores data on the host. WPForms made this easy to accomplish. WPForms makes our site look so professional! It allowed us to customize the forms to match our site template, including adding helpful icons (customizable colors) in the forms. There was hardly a learning curve, since it is a drag and drop interface. If I don’t understand something, the document is very complete and easy to understand. When I was stuck, the Tech help was super helpful and so quick to respond. I could have called and gotten immediate help, but I used the contact form and my problem was fixed in just over an hour. The more I use WPForms, the more I appreciate all the work put into it, with its many bells and whistles! And the Tech Support can’t be beat!

Support services is 10 stars Amjad the support engineer went above and beyond his call of service. I needed a custom form made for my business and Amjad worked with me until the form was complete. There was a lot of coding work that needed to be done in order to complete the work and Amjad stayed in communication with me for multiple days and met every need and requirement I needed for this form. I am so thankful for Amjad and the service he provided for me. I am looking forward to a long working relationship with WP Forms
