I bought Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac and had issues (I am not tech savvy) and David replied within 30 minutes of my original email. The instructions he gave were simple and easy to follow. Quick and fast! I hadn’t received my code, due to me typing the incorrect address. However, I reached out to these guys at around 12am and the responded within minutes.
