Superb Produt and Amazing Customer Service The install of this purchase came with a lot of problems from my side of my laptop. Totally nothing to do with this purchase from the company. David, from MyCodes24, tech support was AMAZING... I never ever had such a caring, patient, knowledgeable and understanding customer service representative like David. We had multiple emails back and forth in trying to solve my old laptop problems in order to get Microsoft Office installed. Finally, our last troubleshooting email was successful.
