GBI have found the the team at Upper Hand a rare gem in software support. I have found the the team at Upper Hand is what makes all the difference. I am on my third registration software in the last 7 years and the people make all the difference. They are responsive and listen to feedback. I was amazed when they set up a meeting with me and an engineer to cover what I would need the system to do to work for me. They don't have every feature I have requested yet, but I honestly believe my requests are all in the pipeline as I have seen a number of features rolled out since I joined 6 months ago. Oh and ask for Danielle McNally to be your rep. She is awesome.

GBIt was very easy to register for a swim clinic It was very easy to register for a clinic! I am happy the swim clinic used this system to make it easier for me to register.

GBClear directions! It was great! Easy to follow and clear directions on inputting parent info vs participant info. Detailed summary/review after so there is no confusion as to what time and which location to report to.
