I am on my third registration software in the last 7 years and the people make all the difference. They are responsive and listen to feedback. I was amazed when they set up a meeting with me and an engineer to cover what I would need the system to do to work for me. They don't have every feature I have requested yet, but I honestly believe my requests are all in the pipeline as I have seen a number of features rolled out since I joined 6 months ago.
