GBVery user friendly platform Very user friendly platform. Easy to navigate forward and back if you need too. Provides a lot of detail and information on each page. Promotions to be applied were easy to find. All in all, a very smooth, easy process from start to finish!

GBThis was our first time at the facility… This was our first time at the facility and we had a lot of questions. She was very patient and every time we needed her she was available. My granddaughter loved her lesson with Coach Pack. He teaches and motivates her and that is the kind of person I was looking for to help my granddaughter excel. She enjoyed the batting cage also.I am so glad I took out the membership. It was worth every penny.

GBTERRIBLE SITE!!!!! It wasn't until I finished paying for the initial payment that I realized I did not receive a payment receipt. Also, there is no way to see what was paid overtime towards the account on the website. Also, I do not like my payment information being stored and accessed automatically, I was NOT given a choice? Also, the survey box popped up over the payment confirmation, but didnt clear the screen. So to get out of the screen, I had to click out of the PROOF that I paid! The process has much to be desired. Please go back to the drawing board, the site is terrible!
