Telerik support has been excellent for… Telerik support has been excellent for us. We are currently using Telerik MVC, C# and Dapper with MS SQL Server as our backend database. The next day response is awesome. Couldn't dream of developing our web applications without Telerik. I would recommend Progress Telerik to anyone.

Great products, brilliant customer service. Great product. We have been using Telerik Kendo UI for a few years now and it quickly become our defacto UI framework. It saves us a considerable amount of time and the widgets are so flexible that we always feel in control of our developments. The customer service is also very good, not only they provides fast response they also tend to give examples that you can run in your browser via their Dojo feature. We definitely do recommend Telerik Kendo UI for client side productivity.

I love the functionality of the… I love the functionality of the controls, I would give them 5 stars. However, the system is very unstable in Visual Studio design mode. Controls stop updating, don't appear on the screen etc. I find myself having to close and restart Visual Studio many times during the day to make the designer work with Telerik controls again. Excelent Ticket support. I give Telerik 5 starts for one thing: Ticket support. Where a Telerix engineer go ahead and solve my problem, even if it is my mistake, or give a solution in Javascript behind the use of Telerix control, it what make Telerix worth the 5 starts rate/

Good experience every year Since 7 years ago I started working with Telerik controls, each year has been a great experience. I do not use full potential of the different controls included in the bundle, but the used ones are great. Another key factor for Telerik is the support and help when you have doubts or problems. I totally recommend Progress Telerik for that reasons.
