Form Publisher did just what we needed and with great customer service Form Publisher helped us turn responses on a Google Survey that landed in a Google Sheet into individual pages we could print and refer to for each respondent. It did just what we needed to make the information usable for us. I will also say their customer service was very quick to reply and act when contacted.

Great add-on, useful features! The product seems to be well thought out, and very well documented. The help section offers examples and clear language to help understand how to use this add-on. When I had a question, the support staff were quick to look in to my issue and respond.

It's a set it and forget it type of thing. No issues. I've had to contact customer service two times to transfer an account and with a billing question and received fast same-day responses that immediately resolved the issues. Highly recommend.

Customer Service is exceptional! Replies and solutions were very prompt! I received almost instant communication from the team. I almost couldn't reply in time as I wasn't expecting them to be so quick. If you don't respond, they do follow up to make sure you are still in need of help. I liked that because I accidentally opened an email and closed out, so I forgot to respond.
