The investigation was thorough (I had a typo in the account username) and they did some digging to identify the account. I'm thoroughly happy with the prompt response and resolution :-)

Great customer support and add on Great customer support -I needed an add on that is HIPAA compliant so I can create a workflow for one of my clients and this is the only one that works for my needs that works with Google Forms. The support team helped me customize it and learn how to use it succesfully.

Great add-on, useful features! The product seems to be well thought out, and very well documented. The help section offers examples and clear language to help understand how to use this add-on. When I had a question, the support staff were quick to look in to my issue and respond.

I have been using Google Forms and… I have been using Google Forms and Forms Publisher for a long time. The changes to the program formatting left me with some questions that I could not figure out. I contacted Forms Publisher customer service via email last night and had a personal response already first thing this morning. It took a few back and forth messages, but was able to get an answer to my question and solve my problem. Thank you, Remi, for the great customer service!
