Great Customer Service Assistance Tanvir Hasan was my tech support on an issue I was having with my store setup. I am new to Dokan and needed assistance. He took the initiative to go in, locate the issue, fix it, and report back to me telling me what the issue was and how he fixed it. I appreciated the customer service and it makes me feel good about my purchase choice.

Great Pre-Sales Service I was evaluating Dokan and the woocommerce auction plugin. Catherine spent a lot of time answering some fairly in depth questions and doing research on the product to give me accurate answers. She clarified that she understood my questions properly and was overall very helpful. I haven't decided to purchase yet, but was very impressed with the information and help Catherine gave me. Definitely makes me more comfortable with how they handle support.
