MyPC Utilities cleaned up my computer, made sure all updates had been installed, worked with me to find the problem with my program, and they fixed it. I had been working for days to do it myself including uninstalling and reinstalling the program, rebooting, etc. Just thankful to have my computer working properly again, and it seems faster and more responsive.

Contacted MyPC Utilities on their website and Charles initially discovered that our PC had issues that required additional support and he forwarded me to John who found the problems and restored my PC to working order. I am an 80-year-old who had no concept re issues but am totally impressed with the service, understanding and respect (as well as patience) they had with me. Thank You
