GBI chatted with 3 different people… Each person that I chatted with was very polite and took the time to explain what they were going to do ahead of time and then afterwards explained what the problem was. Since I am not computer literate, they did not make me feel dumb or inferior but treated me with utmost respect. They were able to fix the problem and also installed an icon so that if I ever have any future issues I can quickly reach them.

GBFirst time I try this I was having issues updating my Windows 10, at first I was suspicious with the techs because I've never tried this before. Giving a tech full control of my PC. I came to trust my tech Robert, who completely assisted me with perfect communication! I appreciate MyPC utilities and recommend them to whoever is having PC problems out there! GBWorking with mypc utilities support…recommendation Working with mypc utilities support team was great, easy to communicate with. They were able to clean up and fix all of my issues remotely and very quick. They did a great job. definitely recommend

GBI am using you probably like what 5-6… I am using you probably like what 5-6 years , I was happy with you before Charles , when I tell him about my problem , he is all about talking not working, it is annoying to log in every time and hear about money or what I should buy or pay, the guys before did not do it every time but when there was time to renew my utilities program and they did ask me on the end when they fixed my computer. And it annoys me mainly because when I asked if I should renew my antivirus you said NO because I have YOU , so make up your mind what do you tell your customers because I have a very good memory . How I should renew utilities for next year if I feel like you changed and I do not trust you anymore , I feel every time I need to use you because I know what to expect , and it is not what I was used to before , so I am changing my review after so many years . Customers do not want to hear the moment they log in what to buy or where to spend their money especially when they have a problem or want to fix something .The review I will change if you change too . I am grateful for the previous years , but now I am unhappy with you . Please stop making your customer feel like when I do not buy something you will not fix my computer . It is beginning of March and I bought your service for all year 2024. Whether I still will use your service in 2025 it depends only on you. Thank you

GBThank You all at MyPC Utilities Thank You all at MyPC Utilities. I had a problem with opening Outlook files which I could not fix on my own. Contacted MyPC Utilities on their website and Charles initially discovered that our PC had issues that required additional support and he forwarded me to John who found the problems and restored my PC to working order. I am an 80-year-old who had no concept re issues but am totally impressed with the service, understanding and respect (as well as patience) they had with me. Thank You
