I downloaded PC Utilities and they found problems that I had to pay more to get an IT person to check out and fix. First time I try this I was having issues updating my Windows 10, at first I was suspicious with the techs because I've never tried this before. Giving a tech full control of my PC. program quit responding and interacting… program quit responding and interacting with other programs. MyPC Utilities cleaned up my computer, made sure all updates had been installed, worked with me to find the problem with my program, and they fixed it. I had been working for days to do it myself including uninstalling and reinstalling the program, rebooting, etc. Just thankful to have my computer working properly again, and it seems faster and more responsive.

Email Conundrum I ran into a serious problem with my email making me reset my password every time I accessed it. I really didn't know how to explain it very well, but John picked right up on it and very patiently resolved the problem. It took quite a bit of time, but he got everything fixed and showed me a better way of accessing my email to avoid a recurrence of the problem. Invaluable help for a techno-challenged user!
