GBA technician named Robert went through… A technician named Robert went through the installation process as is standard procecure. He inquired as to other problems I might be experiencing and I told him about a stubborn error code that kept cropping up, and with what seemed to be a magic wand, he fixed it and we were on our way. GBEmail Conundrum I ran into a serious problem with my email making me reset my password every time I accessed it. I really didn't know how to explain it very well, but John picked right up on it and very patiently resolved the problem. It took quite a bit of time, but he got everything fixed and showed me a better way of accessing my email to avoid a recurrence of the problem. Invaluable help for a techno-challenged user!
