This is really a great app This is really a great app. It has a lot value for a free account. Where else can you be HIPPA compliant and have to pay a monthly fee? I am a casual user as I only have two clients at a time and work full-time at another job. If I decide to go full-time after I retire from that I will definitely upgrade to take advantage of the premium features which are also quite reasonable.

I absolutely love Doxy.me as an… I absolutely love Doxy.me as an alternative to other HIPAA protected platforms for counseling. It is so easy to use and the best part is the closeup of the camera on the subject persons and not seeing the other person as a sixth of the picture. Extra space is just a distraction and impractical when conversation is taking place. And - the fact that it's free is more than wonderful and generous on the part of Doxy.me. I just love it! Easy to use Easy to use; the free version is a great offering, especially for us solo providers. Most patients can use with ease. Those over 60yo usually need help walking through the steps, but are pleased.

I've used Doxy for a while now and I've… I've used Doxy for a while now and I've noticed it has become increasingly unusable. When I first signed up it worked decently and there weren't alot of other stable telehealth platforms around at the time but Doxy has just gotten worse and worse and nowadays there are better options available. I've had frequent disconnections, video quality degrading and other issues. I've since tried out VSee, Talkspace and Hipaalink and of those 3, Hipaalink performed the best. Unless major improvements are made, I'm done with Doxy and sticking with Hipaalink.

Simple I love that it's so simple for my clients & requires no registration/sign up for them. The only complaint I have is that from time to time I have connectivity or audio issues. I've learned the connectivity is related to using the Chrome browser as Doxy doesn't play nicely with other browsers but I'm all in for Chrome/Google as of last 2 months (Microsoft has gotten way too big for their britches in my opinion) so I just let my clients know.
