GBThe best of the best I'm an IT professional with 15+ years in the trenches. I've integrated dozens of solutions like Clerk Chat and dealt with thousands of hours of support calls with 3rd party apps and providers. I can honestly say that Clerk Chat has been THE single most helpful team to work with that I've ever experienced. We had worst-case nightmare situation arise with Microsoft losing ported phone numbers. While it was *NOT* Clerk's responsibility to help with the matter, I begged them to step in and help. They rose to the occasion and knocked the resolution out of the park, no questions asked. They got Microsoft to do their job and smoothed everything over with our client. They communicated clearly what steps were necessary to take to all parties involved and everyone was happy in the end. They are actively upgrading their solution and so far it has been relatively seamless for the end-users once you understand the setup process. They've been receptive to suggestions for improvement and have a very clear strategic roadmap for where they want to take the app. Shout out to Alex and Igor for all that they do!

GBMuhammad was and has been absolutely… Muhammad was and has been absolutely amazing. After countless attempts for support with Microsoft Office (Paid Support might I add), Muhammad with Clerk Chat had to end up resolving my issues. He has been there every step of the way ensuring me that I was not alone, sending me videos to show me what to do and video meeting with me when I was frustrated. My whole team of 6 is now up and running with the minimal amount of purchased products from Microsoft office might I also mention that Microsoft did not know what products I actually needed and could not get me set up to save any of us. Now all of my staff are able to sms using clerk and call using teams. We even set up on hold music & ring all user groups. We are still having a few issues with importing our contacts but clerk's support team is working on trying to find a resolution. I do not regret my decision at all. I slowly started pursuing Clerk about a year ago and I never decided to join till just recently.
