Good servers small hiccups here and there Has a little but of server lag with ark but otherwise good service even with full upgraded cores and such minimal mods and it can have hiccups at times. But its still very solid service. The backend takes a bit to get used to but with some investigation you get the hang of it. Overall 1 star off for the preformance versus the price but otherwise great servers.

Great place to host your game server. Great server pings and performance. I have many UK players on my server with lower ping times than UK based servers. I wish I had a bit more access to the files to edit my configs and mods. Customer service is great. Cheerful and knowledgable staff who are willing to help. Great prices for services and addons. I definitely recommend and endorse ActiveGameHost highly.

Amazing company with fantastic coustmer service! I've been using this company on and off for years now and they are and will be my first choice for servers! Servers always run great and the staff is friendly and helpful any time I've had an issue even one time when I messaged at 2am I got a response within an hour! Good service! It was frustrating at first because the map generation was taking something like an hour, and it had no visual output to let you know it was still being spun up, but the Tech Support agent was actually really helpful and responded within an half an hour of me making a ticket, and saw it through to the end with me! I'm sorry I was in a foul mood, but you guys actually have a great service and product and quality staff to back it up! 100% would recommend, glad I picked you guys after whatever's been going on with frag servers!
