GBI've been using Sophos Home for a few… I've been using Sophos Home for a few years now and have never yet had any problems with it. It just does its work in the background and updates regularly. There's no impact to computer performance. Some security softwares slow your computer down but this one doesn't. The web based control panel offers various settings you can switch on or off and you can also add additional computers to your account which will also be kept secure with Sophos Home.

CAAs far as I can tell it works well As far as I can tell it works well. It works in the background, and I never notice it. I rely on professional advice and reviews. Sophos was recommended over my previous (AVG) . Recommended by the software/computer store where I purchased the new laptop. It is important to me to be able to use it on multiple devices. A good product that I can share across the devices in my home. Saves me money and frustration.

GBSophos just works. Purchased Sophos because it was the system used by my employers and once we all started working from home I had to ensure that my security was at least as good as theirs. This product has never ceased to impress. The corporate version is installed on hundreds of our machines worldwide and it just works. On my home machines it is the same. I get the odd alert but it just tidies up problems and removes threats without making a drama. I’ve worked in IT for 25 years after working for over 20 years in banking so I’m somewhat obsessed with security. Sophos is the perfect partner.

GBCHAT - BOT I was surprised that the Dashboard indicated that my device was "Vulnerable" even though all boxes were green, and I was "Protected". I posed the question to the Chat Bot and did as directed but it got more obtuse as I got deeper into it. Ultimately I went back to Help and loaded the diagnostic tool and after second restart the Vulnerable message went away. This has been my only issue in nearly two years of use.

ESIt's just Malware for Mac products... The Sophos website aggressively promises antivirus solutions for Mac products, but it's been a nightmare since the moment I download it. It does not recognize my email or allow me to login. It does not allow me to add a license key to activate the service. It repeatedly asks me to create new accounts and pay again and again. Every time I start my MacBook I get a cumbersome splash screen requiring that I login to Saphos, but it displays an error when I follow the link. And finally, it does not allow me to remove the application or avoid the ubiquitous prompts. This is worse than any malware I could have envisioned on my MacBook. UPDATE: In response to this review, Sophos sent me a generic link to their Help pages. The link required a login, which again failed.
