Wow!!!!!! Wow! I was previously using another service and thought it was good. I tried RentSpree and it was fantastic...head and shoulders above the other services I have used: fast response, easy to access reports, clear information. I will definitely be referring RentSpree again!

Easy Application Process Once I set up the Listing and printed up copies of the Link all I had to do was give potential Tenants the sheet with the link and they did the rest. The reports are great with the Application, Credit Check, and Criminal background check.

HORRIBLE! How easy it was to navigate through the application. UPDATE: MY HUSBAND AND I SUBMITTED OUR APPLICATION OVER A WEEK AGO AND THE LANDLORDS HAVE HAD SUCH A HARD TIME GETTING THE FILE OPEN AND OFF THE WEBSITE. THEY'VE POSTPONED EVERYTHING. THIS IS NOT FAST AND EASY! WE'RE SUPPOSED TO BE MOVING SOON AND NOW HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER WAY TO GET OUR APPLICATION WE PAID FOR OFF THE FREAKING WEBSITE! OR FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE!!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!
