CAThough the pricing structure was a bit… Though the pricing structure was a bit confusing to understand at first, It's still the absolute best value for someone looking to build a list from scratch, FAR better than Community imo. You get WAY more than you bargained for.

GBCRM of the future I’ve been using this platform for a few weeks and it’s fantastic! Set up isn’t too wonky and things are pretty strait forward—well laid out. No complaints so far and very happy with my subscription. Using this for customer relationship management exclusively. Thank you SuperPhone!

GB3rd Time’s a charm This is my third time using Superphone so I must love it lol I used it when it first came out and I totally loved it but I think my customers and fans didn’t get the idea so I stopped using it, fast forward I tired it again just for fans to pretty much do the same thing, but came to the realization that I might have been using it wrong! Now I’m on track to using it properly and it’s been good every since! I love how easy it is to use and it’s right on time, even testing beta apps to improve on it more! Love it!

GBConnected my Shopify Store For the first month I tried to do almost everything that I was doing on MailChimp but for text to A/B test and saw great results. The very first broadcast message that sent on SuperPhone received an 87% click-through rate with only a few unsubscribes. I thought it was beginner’s luck but I’m consistently seeing a 70-85% click-through on all of my broadcasts. My team also can respond manually to shipping requests or questions that people may send in about their order. Def recommended.

GBGreat solution SuperPhone is a great solution for one-to-one and one-to-many texting. They have good customer service. They seem to work for a lot of use cases from influencers to enterprise businesses and have a variety of features (including APIs). I do think they could more cleanly package these features for different use cases and have a lot more ways to expand the product
