GBI WAS BILLED TWICE I was billed twice, again, but I didn't realize I had two subscriptions running concurrently when I only needed one! I cancelled one of them but I still showed a charge on my credit card. Oliver at Zooka support refunded the amount to my account that same day! Also, I use 2 laptops and it was as if Oliver read my mind, sent me my code to unlock Zooka on my other machine too, without my having to ask. So my experience with Zooka support was outstanding thanks to Oliver. Thank you Oliver, & thank you Zooka

GBZookaWare came highly recommended by… ZookaWare came highly recommended by the IT guy that assists our football team. I have trusted it the last several years and my old and I mean old lap top is still running fine and I notice it runs faster after a good ZookaWare cleaning.

GBThe problem I have with a lot of these… The problem I have with a lot of these companies is their software is designed to get you to call in to an 800 phone number to sell you expensive remote support package that you don’t need. I appreciate that Cyberlab is maybe the only company selling a PC Cleaner/PC Optimizer type software that doesn’t try to sell you on expensive remote support products that are usually a scam.

GBGreat product and great support Great product and great support! Only issue I had is their documentation could be a little better so I had to contact them a couple times but they always get back to me the same day. That’s better than the couple other companies I’ve tried out.

GBZookaware support was excellent Zookaware support was excellent! I asked for a discount and received it. They also offered me a week free based on my situation. Plus support removed my old subscription. Anytime I work with Zookaware support they are courteous and helpful!! I love Zookaware because it removes the files not needed and repairs defragmented files! You can't go wrong with Zookaware!
