GBI hope they improve their driver… I hope they improve their driver updater a little. They just released it and it’s not as polished as some other driver updaters are. Otherwise I’m happy with the software and will likely continue my subscription.

GBI had a problem renewing my membership… I had a problem renewing my membership to Zookaware due to the need to update my credit card information also. I emailed customer service and representative Oliver was excellent in his assistance. He advised me what to do and I did and everything worked out just fine. Oliver is a great member of your team.
