It'll make your job a whole lot easier. It's very user-friendly and they train your team for you too. Before we tried them out, we were literally spending most of our day driving around checking in on properties and it was such a serious waste of everyone's time and unnecessary expenses.

Self guided vacant unit tours This is THE way to show your vacant units. We can literally have prospects tour the units while we're working in the office. We get them their access code to the unit and they check it out and the smart lock automatically locks itself and changes the code for us after. We've saved a ton of time so far and the best part is that we can do this remotely if we need to due to COVID.

The specs from Arize's smart system is very advanced compared to any of the others that I've seen so far. They're using a unique communication signal between the devices that's able to maintain a stronger connection and won't interrupt your community's WiFi.
