Easy to use Their property management app is easy to use

Out with the old ways.. To be honest, coming mainly from a property owner perspective, this is so far ahead of the older traditional processes that its difficult to dislike anything about it.

Was referred to them from one of my… Was referred to them from one of my friends, I'm pretty shocked at how convenient this technology is. This really does pay for itself although I wouldn’t have minded a better deal ;) Either way they look great in my properties and seem sturdy.

Great remote property management system I just want to start off by saying that I've been doing weeks of research for the best ways to manage my property from home. That's how I stumbled on Arize's automatic management system . I'll try to keep it short but their smart devices cover property security, smart door locks, smart smoke detectors and water leak notification. Its all bundled together into one system that I'm able to control from my ipad so I dont need to go door to door to my properties anymore. My favorite feature has to be the water leak detectors. I think we've all seen what happens when leaks happen without someone there to catch it. The only thing their system is missing right now for me is thermostat remote control so I can change and set temperatures during the different seasons but they let me know that they are launching that in a few months so I'm feeling very happy about my choice still.

We like being able to see a complete… We like being able to see a complete snapshot of our community and if there's any problems that requires our attention. It's very straightforward to add or remove tenants. There's huge conveniences designed specifically for the property management industry that can't be overlooked. Our tenants and prospects were surprised it took us this long to add smart home features into our buildings.
