NamSilo for simple domain management - others for hosting. I switched to using Namesilo for domain purchases and management after being screwed by wix and ionos years back. Very easy to purchase, and manage domains with NameSilo, although their interface looks dated, like it's a site built in the 1990's, but it's simple and it works. I Have been currently using IONOS for web hosting my Namesilo domains, and that appears to be a safer bet, so the hosting company doesn't hold my domains hostage if there is ever a problem.

MX Record removal bug I have been trying to get a resolution to a bug in removing mx records so that I can properly set everything up with MS365. I was hopeful when text chat got back with me and assigned a ticket #. However, I am now days past getting a ticket # and still no resolution. I have reached out through the help chat several times to get a contact phone number to get my issue resolved and I get the run around and no actual help in fixing the issue. I tried to respond to the initial email with the ticket # and no response. I have had multiple domains setup with them for years and never needed support and it was smooth. However, their support group is lacking. Please provide a number so I can get issues resolved and not just put into limbo with only a ticket number.

Customer for years great help Been with namesilo for years as domain registrar and hosting plans. Prices and customer service is always out of this world as they go above and beyond to accommodate with the best prices and fast around the clock response time(it seems). My recent experience was with Milo regarding a TOTP 2FA issue. Issue was brought up to support swiftly as expected and being taken care of. Thank you namesilo.
