Miserable customer service Miserable customer service. I am now changing all my stuff to another supplier.

I have been with United Domains for… I have been with United Domains for around 5 years now. Good service. But, the only option I wish United Domains had is an option for a free "to get you started" web site host starter. lol.. instant gratification. I have domains and nothing to do with them until I choose to host myself "a real pain" or choose a hosting company and fend off up-selling. PFft... [ Face palm ] ...

Outstanding Support and Pricing Good service. It takes a short while longer in the post-purchase process but the configuration was easy and the costumer support was outstanding, I had an issue and it was resolved super fast, effectively and with politeness. Prices are awesome. I will definitely move all my domains here and also recommend it for everyone.

I have dealt with several other domain … I have dealt with several other domain brokers. United Domains is by far the very best. Google Domains is an absolute nightmare. Customer service at United Domains is fast and helpful. In fact United Domains is such a user friendly site that I have only needed to call customer service one time in all the years I've used them. Keep up the good work. I recommend everyone thinking of buying a domain to purchase it through United Domains.

+100% price increase!!! I had auto-renewal turned on and suddenly received an invoice which I had paid automatically. I've been a customer for years, but suddenly UD increased the price of renewal of the domain with more than 100% since last year without any prior notice! I paid €104 EUR for the renewal of ONE domain!
