Customer service at United Domains is fast and helpful. In fact United Domains is such a user friendly site that I have only needed to call customer service one time in all the years I've used them. Does not let you input payment method… Does not let you input payment method when renewing a domain. Once you click on continue check out, it just says purchase completed and charge you on the old credit card on the profile.
