I was refunded, quality service. Two weeks ago, Quetext autorenewed by quetext pro subscription and my bank was billed. I requested a refund and within 72 hours the funds was returned to my bank by Quetext. Besides, Quetext plagiarism checking service is top-notch especially the pro service. Thanks Quetext team...

Doesn't detect plagarism I was suspicious of the plagarism score as I had some direct quotes in my work, and my refernces didn't flag up either. Did a test run where I copy and pasted whole chunks of several articles and it didn't flag them at all. Maybe the data fed to the machine is for a specific area if academia, but was not useful for me (Allied health- Speech and Language). Cancelled my subscription, don't bother getting one

Excellent customer service I hadn’t realised I had signed up for Quetext pro until I noticed a monthly subscription payment going out. When I contacted Quetext, a very helpful member of the support team, named John, was able to locate the email address used for the account, cancel the subscription and get me a refund for the last month paid. I was very impressed by this high level of customer support.

The tool is fantastic The tool looks fantastic, without flaws. I didn't give 5 stars just because sometimes it shows plagiarism from a page I haven't ever visited, but overall is very effective. The customer support of Quetext (thanks Jerry!) is fantastic, without a doubt!
