INComparatively cheap but support is average Hosting cost is comparatively cheap. Changing settings in the Plesk tool is limited and need to raise ticket multiple times to setup the website initially. Support team response could be better. There is no live chat facility.

PKBest Services For E-Stores !!! not gonna lie but i found these guys always ready to support and help whatever the issue with their client. services are best and the bonus point is when customer satisfaction get the same level with complaint if any occur. Having a e-com store such as Sehat.com.pk we cant face down time and with Value hosted Pvt Ltd we don't worry about that such things to be happen. Keep up all the good work. (Y)

AULack of technical support on the spot First of all, you don't have a live chat to resolve technical issues on the spot. The ticket system is ridiculous, it take times for the technical team to respond, then re respond, it takes days. Also, emails asking for technical assistance are obviously not read properly, addressing one issue but not all included in an email. I wish I did not sign up with value hosted, will never recommend it to anyone.

PKExcellent Every thing is fine but one suggestion is to increase in support team for quick disposal of every query. Some time queries takes not time but some time it takes time to complete.
