Excellent Every thing is fine but one suggestion is to increase in support team for quick disposal of every query. Some time queries takes not time but some time it takes time to complete.

Lack of technical support on the spot First of all, you don't have a live chat to resolve technical issues on the spot. The ticket system is ridiculous, it take times for the technical team to respond, then re respond, it takes days. Also, emails asking for technical assistance are obviously not read properly, addressing one issue but not all included in an email. I wish I did not sign up with value hosted, will never recommend it to anyone.
