Paid for a great deal, and also got exceptional customer service: They *proactively* recognized a problem with my purchase (microsoft office) because I have an old macbook air, and running an old MacOs (10.15.7). After the purchase, they were sending emails to ensure that the installation process went smoothly and as mentioned, provided troubleshooting solutions to the problem I faced. Honestly, I thought I would need to purchase another version of microsoft office. However, their troubleshooting worked and voila! I'm back to using microsoft office!
