GBMy Issue was fixed You do get an instant download, but directions are confusing a little. Reached out for support and they asked what was going on and after that I never heard from them again, You call number and nobody answers, I sent text with screen shots and still no response. Do not buy from them. (UPDATE: They reached out helped)
