ok experience Didn't give as much information as it lead me to believe would be there or I would have liked. Pictures seemed to be fairly current. A small amount of the information was incorrect.

Pretty straight forward report to follow and crystal clear. I have to say the facts found in the report were pretty true and real! I used it right before placing an offer and it in fact helped me get a better view of what I am buying without having to deal with loads of info on the web, some of the not so trustworthy! This was more like an independent evaluation of inside of the house, neighborhood, market research, etc at a very good price.
