Cool... Provides great information

Pretty straight forward report to follow and crystal clear. I have to say the facts found in the report were pretty true and real! I used it right before placing an offer and it in fact helped me get a better view of what I am buying without having to deal with loads of info on the web, some of the not so trustworthy! This was more like an independent evaluation of inside of the house, neighborhood, market research, etc at a very good price. What I liked the most was the simplicity of the report, compared to other reports I had seen before. I'd recommend this website to my friends looking to buy a house, or to homeowners who like to put their home on market for sale or rental.

ok experience Didn't give as much information as it lead me to believe would be there or I would have liked. Pictures seemed to be fairly current. A small amount of the information was incorrect.

I was totally excited to see the information and history of the home I reside in ... 1915 is very old. For $1.00 I thought what the heck ,might get at least 1 answer and low and behold I received all the answers i had about my property and home and even recived answers i hadnt counted on . it was great and no scam or fine print to reel you into things you could get reeled into as hidden commitments you wouldnt see till the company bills and helps themselves to your bank account . this was on the up and up.
