GBAll I would do ever really expect… All I would do ever really expect technical support to do was be able to figure out what's wrong and fix it . You know that's the nature of life things malfunction sometimes and I don't know if it's something on my computer that's causing it or is it the software that they have provided me I don't mind if something has got a glitch it's once we've determined that how quickly can we fix it and they're spot on about that.

CABest support. I have to say that Dasha Zolotko solved a very frustrating problem for me. As always, Mailbird support came through again and solved the issue quickly, efficiently, and with utmost respect. I would not use any other mail app. I would reccomend Mailbird to anyone. Thank you Dasha.

CATech always willing to help. I really like the Mailbird program but it has been necessary for me to contact them about issues I had. That’s not a negative. Nothing is perfect but the perfection comes when people are right there to address the issues and correct them or help you get on the right track to fix it at your end. That has been the case with the tech team at Mailbird. Thanks.

GBA LIFETIME is only 9 years? I have had Mailbird for over 10 years, bought a lifetime subscription to 2.0 in 2015, and now they want to force an upgrade to 3.0. Here's my problem with this: Like all the others who purchased a lifetime subscription they promised a LIFETIME, not the lifetime of a small child. I recently purchased a new computer and there is no way to install version 2.0 even though a link was sent to me to do so. It automatically converts to 3.0 and tells me that my trial expires in 3 days (so Buy Now)! I understand they are a business that needs to make money, but doing it off the backs of people who supported them when they needed our help (and they did in 2015!), when we could have continued using a free version, is very bad PR. They can fix this by offering those who purchased a lifetime subscription a free upgrade and no or half price annual fee in my opinion.
