GBMailbird 2 was a great product Mailbird 2 was a great product, single fee lifetime licence and updates then comes Mailbird 3 where everything you got in MB2 is now behind a paywall or if you like a subscription, life time licence BUT you must pay for updates, this sounds very illegal and if not very underhanded to me. They are even banning people who question this on you tube and Facebook. Used to be a great product but now seems to have become a scam.

GBThe problem was my user license and… The problem was my user license and there was difficulty accessing the correct one. After three attempts I was finally given the correct one and it worked for I am still having difficulty with one of my email addresses which the system will not accept. Other than that it seems to be a good system and I will use it hopefully as much as I can. Thank you for your help Frank beard

CATech always willing to help. I really like the Mailbird program but it has been necessary for me to contact them about issues I had. That’s not a negative. Nothing is perfect but the perfection comes when people are right there to address the issues and correct them or help you get on the right track to fix it at your end. That has been the case with the tech team at Mailbird. Thanks.

GBCalendar issue connecting with Microsoft I had a problem with the calendar. It would not connect with Microsoft. Technical support worked with me to try and resolve the issue. It appeared to be an issue at the Microsoft site that eventually was resolved. However, Mailbird technical support worked deligently to try and resolve it. I am pleased with the software and with the support that is available should issues arise. Problem has recurred. There appears to be an incompatibility with Microsoft MSN accounts
