Crisp clean look of Mailbird… I like the crisp clean look of Mailbird and find it very easy to use. Had an issue with upgrading which was very quickly resolved. I would highly recommend Mailbird to any other email applications. Very happy customer.

All I would do ever really expect… All I would do ever really expect technical support to do was be able to figure out what's wrong and fix it . You know that's the nature of life things malfunction sometimes and I don't know if it's something on my computer that's causing it or is it the software that they have provided me I don't mind if something has got a glitch it's once we've determined that how quickly can we fix it and they're spot on about that.

TMailbird's help and cost There were times when I needed some help with my e-mail that I just couldn't fix and had to contact Support at Mailbird. In no time someone on their team got back to me and we solved the problem I was having. They price for their membership is very reasonable. I don't know of anyone that has those kind of membership prices and help that you need, at least I don't know of any. I almost cancelled my membership but decided to come back because of the outstanding help they gave me and for a very good price.

Best support. I have to say that Dasha Zolotko solved a very frustrating problem for me. As always, Mailbird support came through again and solved the issue quickly, efficiently, and with utmost respect. I would not use any other mail app. I would reccomend Mailbird to anyone. Thank you Dasha.

Service from Mailbird Chat is very… Service from Mailbird Chat is very good. The features of Mailbird 3 Premium compared to Standard do not justify the additional cost for average person. All I needed was Block Sender and E-mail tracking and the balance with a few exceptions is padding. In addition one has to pay for updates.
