GBForte’s Customer Care service This company doesn’t just make great products but they also have a really great customer care service. My order was delivered but not to my home so I figured maybe it was stolen as I was at work when it was delivered, I let Forte now what happen and they were very kind and wanted me to keep them updated while I waited to get video from the HOA. They said if It was missing they would take care of it so the next day I came home from lunch and the package was brought back. Forte contacted me to ask if anything had changed on the missing package status and it just showed that they truly care about their customers. Love this team!

LKKeep up the amazing customer service and quality of the products! I've got the best hair products for my thick wavy hair from Forte Series after trial and error with many other products; the Argon Oil worked wonders on the frizz control and the Texture Hair Clay gave me moldable (quite literally!) hair from which I could get my desired hair style, all which lasted long enough throughout the event I initially used it for. Their wonderful customer service adds up to the above experience. They go above and beyond for your requests and are extremely friendly and considerate as well. Keep up the good work guys! ❤️

PTUnbelievable Customer Experience Ordered from Apricus skincare and had to cancel because I live in Europe. They recommended a store in the EU and kept in contact with me to ensure my refund was complete. I wish every company treated the customers the same way. GBTop notch products and outstanding service! I have been buying from Forte since they started always had fast shipping and a easy process. On my last order the package was lost, I contacted Forte and they responded quickly on a Sunday evening. They filed a report with USPS for me. The package had been accidentally delivered to my neighbor and she brought it over after a few days. The same day the post office called to check up on the case and Forte checked up just after them! Really impressed with their customer service. I always say “judge someone by how they respond when things are going bad, anyone can handle it when things go smoothly”.
