GBTenantCloud User for 3 years I’ve been using TenantCloud for 3 years now to manage 43 doors. Although it has some glitches from time to time, this software has helped tremendously in self managing our units. Not only that, it makes our property management a lot more professional. I wish the payments would transfer faster to our accounts, but other than that I will continue to use TC and would recommend it to anyone who self manages their properties.

GBTenant Cloud Saves Us Time and Has Improved Our Recordkeeping. We have been using Tenant Cloud for a few years. It has been very helpful with communicating, organizing, and recording activity with our tenants. The online payment system saves us time with recording payments and going to the bank. When we had a problem or concern with an issue, their support has been both timely and helpful.

GBI signed up to pay my rent and got… I signed up to pay my rent and got confirmation so I could do AutoPay. Then my landlord calls and no rent received 14 days later go into tenant cloud and shows no account. I don’t inderstand why you reveal and have access to all bank accounts cds everything financial from my bank. This is not right. What happens to signing up and verifying bank account for rent and not giving tenant cloud everything financial. I have Aplus credit score no defaults. I will have to write check every month making more work for my landlord.

GBIt works but then it doesn't It works but then it doesn't. There are a lot of unresolved bugs and issues that they say they are working on but they never get fixed. I've been using the software two years now and haven't seen a single improvement. They've only ever increased the monthly price and fees for payments and credit checks. I bring this stuff up and they blow me off with a canned response. Pass on this one. It's dieing a slow death. They're just milking it's final pennies and making zero investment in improvements or known issues.
