Tenant Cloud Saves Us Time and Has Improved Our Recordkeeping. We have been using Tenant Cloud for a few years. It has been very helpful with communicating, organizing, and recording activity with our tenants. The online payment system saves us time with recording payments and going to the bank. When we had a problem or concern with an issue, their support has been both timely and helpful.

Best property management platform of the market I've been using Tenant Cloud for about 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the company. I've had a lot of questions over the years and every time I receive a timely and accurate response from the Tenant Cloud team. Their platform is easy to use, inexpensive (especially for what you get) and gives me nearly everything that I could ask for as a small landlord (5 units).

Small business review Tenant Cloud works great for me as a business with a small portfolio of rental properties that I own and manage myself-and at a price point that really can't be beat. I am able to do everything I need to do within this one program including taking online payments. I love that there are places to put small details such as paint colors in the property records. Very user friendly and the tax reporting is wonderful to be able to just print out at the end of the year and turn in to my tax office.
