The best thing is its user experience and features. The features that this tool has, is incomparable to any other tools I ever used in the past. This works like a catalyst to drive more customers. One thing they need to do is add support for Internet Explorer. Still some of my customers are on the legacy browser.

Won't recommend it There are some really basic features that are not available. Too many bugs, every day something different is not working. Aftersales service really bad, timings are never realistic and they take too long to solve every bug. We bought expecting to have new modules for production and marketing that never arrive. Very bad and disappointing experience due to too many bugs and lack of reliability of the software and developers, we are giving up with this software.
