GBI was skeptical about this company… I was skeptical about this company because some of the reviews are negative and it was a lot of upfront money. But to be honest I have been very impressed with their follow through! They have supported our onlin store long after the "support window" and are still closing support tickets on my behalf in a timely manner. Thanks to Adam, he has been a rock star for me, and very patient with me from the beginning. Taking time to give video demonstrations and screen shares when needed. I am coming to write this review months after purchase because we migrated our website and it created a huge issue with everything, including the store front. These guys are understanding and are helping to guide us through restoring the website. Glad I took the chance!

ESWon't recommend it There are some really basic features that are not available. Too many bugs, every day something different is not working. Aftersales service really bad, timings are never realistic and they take too long to solve every bug. We bought expecting to have new modules for production and marketing that never arrive. Very bad and disappointing experience due to too many bugs and lack of reliability of the software and developers, we are giving up with this software.

GBImprintNext is one of my go-to solutions for product customization. ImprintNext is one of my go-to solutions for product customization. I love the way it plugs into ecommerce platforms like Shopify. Initially I was using it on WooCommerce but then I switched to Shopify. It switched like a charm with minimal migrations in a pretty quick time. My Back Office team loves the Production Management system this software provides. Their customer support team is quite responsive. The upgrade process is manual which I don't like. They go on pushing new features which might not be relevant to my business.I have to turn them off. Apart from this everything looks good for me.
